Your workspace owner manages members and their permissions from Team. The same permissions apply in the web app and through MCP.

Invite a teammate

  1. Open Team in the correct workspace.
  2. Invite the teammate with the email address they will use to sign in.
  3. Ask them to accept the invitation.
  4. Review the accounts and functions they need before granting access.
Membership and account access are separate. A teammate can belong to your workspace without permission to read a particular ad account.

Review permissions

Open the member’s permissions. Grant the required functions for the relevant ad accounts, such as reading assets or insights, managing rules, or performing provider actions. Launcher uses its own read, author, approval, execution, scheduling, and control permissions. Authoring a creative does not imply permission to approve it or launch it. Use the available permission definitions in the member editor. Brand and memory access also depend on their scope. A private memory belongs to its author; team, brand, and ad-account memories follow their corresponding access rules.

MCP access

An MCP connection uses the member who authorized it. mcp:read permits read tools; mcp:write permits write tools in addition to read access. These scopes do not expand the member’s account or functional permissions. Superlaunch rechecks membership, connection status, and target access on tool calls. If access changes, an existing conversation can lose access too.

Resolve an access error

Check the workspace, account, member permissions, OAuth scopes, and connection status. If a rule targets several accounts, the member needs the required access to its complete target set. See MCP authentication and Troubleshooting.
