Superlaunch connects to Meta through Facebook Login for Business and uses Meta’s approved Marketing API access. A workspace owner sets up the connection; other members use the accounts their permissions allow.

Connect Meta

  1. Choose the intended workspace.
  2. Open Connections → Ad platforms.
  3. Select Connect Meta.
  4. Sign in to Meta with an identity that can access the required ad accounts.
  5. Complete the provider authorization and account selection.
  6. Return to Superlaunch and check the connected accounts.
Choose only the accounts you intend to use. Your provider identity still needs the permissions required for reading reports or changing ads.

First import

Superlaunch imports account assets and reporting data in the background. Check Insights after connecting. If data is missing, review the date range and allow the first import to finish.

Reconnect

Select Reconnect Meta on the existing connection and complete authorization again. Reconnect after a provider authorization expires, an identity loses access, or you change the accounts available to the connection. If an account remains missing, check that you selected the right workspace and that your Meta identity can access it. Ask the workspace owner to review account selection and member permissions.

Agent connections

Provider connections give Superlaunch access to advertising accounts. AI agent connections let an agent use Superlaunch on your behalf. Set up both if you want an agent to analyze or manage your advertising accounts.
